I got this adapter kit because I have a Trike & my husband has a regular bike. This provided us the ability to carry both bikes on one Rack.

Without this accessory my wife would have had to leave her XP TRIKE at home. It’s very strong and easy to use. It does make the whole hitch mounted carrier very heavy and awkward to handle off the car.

Installed the trike trailer and it allows me to take the trike anywhere. Easy to load and unload.
