I am thrilled with the customer service experience from Lectric. We accidentally ordered the Orbitor 2.0, when we needed the original Orbitor. Lectric was able to correct this, refund the cost difference, and ship the right product to us. It couldn't have been smoother - my kids are loving riding in the Orbitor!

A LEGACY ORBITER IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED FOR MY EXPEDITION BICYCLE. Have wanted one for over one year, however, there was a medical interruption. February 14th, 2025, I had LIFE-SAVING open heart surgery. I am now near full recovery, and am ready to ride, once again, with the passing of HOT summer weather in Media, Pennsylvania, about one-half an hour outside of Philadelphia. BUT, WHERE IS THE LEGACY ORBITER??!! I WANT IT. WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN, IN THE NEAR FUTURE?

The kiddo likes it.. keeps her in....but it also makes it kind of a pain to get the battery out for recharging. But, I would def get it again.

The Orbitor is easy to install if you follow the instructions on the website. It works great.

Works great and is durable. Perfectly sized to transport a 40-case of waters or a bag of dog food with the right straps. Only gripe is there is a "right" way to put this on that allows you to get the batteries out if you have two.
