This cooler is quite large. It will be nice for longer rides when we pack lunch. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet but it is very well made.

At least for me this is the perfect accessory. Every time I do the weekly grocery shopping for two it is always on the back of my Trike. With it carrying all the frozen and refrigerated items (and that is a lot) II only need one large bag on the front carriage to hold everything else. When coming back down the steep hills with many corners to turn I need to be very careful. I am carrying a lot more wight than usual. But, at 83, I am used to being careful.
Note that some back carriages don't have the height needed to clip this on as is intended. That happened to me, so I "created" a bar that rotates back down after use and that works just fine.

I use this as one of the two bags I use to do the weekly grocery shopping for my wife and I. It is great for the refrigerated products. It isn't a cooler, but if I needed that I would add pre-frozen "ice". I am pretty sure that would work. It holds a lot, all my milk, orange juice, frozen items etc for a week. On the front I have another large bag that holds everything else. I had to create a bar to attach the cooler to the carrier on the back because my carrier has low bars. It would have been easier if I had the deeper carrier with the higher bars. If you are handy making the addition is not all that difficult. I am quite happy with the purchase. I live on the hills of San Francisco (14.5 degree angle on my street). No problems unless you want to be a speed demon.

Great addition to a Trike be aware tho some cargo packages are quite low and may not fit as well as taller ones.
